📦 Delivery Area

Zeneva Saunas currently delivers only within Queensland, specifically:

South East Queensland — including Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Hervey Bay and surrounding suburbs.

We do not ship interstate or outside Queensland at this time.

If you’re outside this area, please contact us before placing an order — we may be able to assist or recommend a local distributor.

🚛 Delivery Method

All deliveries are handled by our in-house team or trusted local logistics partners experienced in handling saunas and ice baths.

Your sauna will be delivered, assembled and ready to use.

Once your order is ready, we’ll contact you directly to confirm a suitable delivery date and time window.

🕒 Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery timeframe: 5–10 business days from the 10th of December 2025 onwards.

💰 Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are included in the price of the sauna.

🏠 Access & Safety

Please ensure clear access for delivery and installation.

If you live in a gated community, apartment complex, or have limited access, let us know beforehand so we can plan accordingly.

⚠️ Damages or Issues

We take great care during delivery, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@zeneva.com.au with photos and order details.

We’ll resolve it quickly.
