Traditional saunas heat the air around you using hot rocks or steam. They run at higher temperatures (often 70–90°C) and create a very hot, humid environment. Some people love the intensity, but sessions are usually shorter and can feel overwhelming for everyday use.

Infrared saunas heat your body directly using far-infrared panels, not hot air. They operate at lower temperatures (typically 40–65°C) while still producing a deep, effective sweat. The experience is gentler, easier to tolerate, and better suited to regular use.
